Jesus claimed to be the redeemer of the world, the Messiah, the Son of God the Old Testament promised. Since then and even before, others have made similar claims.
Jesus warned the church more than once to watch that we are not deceived, led astray, or persuaded to believe a lie.
If God were small enough to be understood, He would not be
